Delete your CatiBookz account

This page explains how CatiBookz business users (product by Catilabz) can permanently delete their account and associated organization data from our web app and Android mobile app.

Who can delete an account

Only the organization administrator (admin role) for a business can delete the organization and their own account. Staff and other user roles cannot delete the organization.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

Web app

1. Sign in at salon.catilabz.com/login
2. Open My Profile from your account menu
3. Scroll to Danger zone
4. Click Delete organization & account
5. Enter your current password
6. Type DELETE exactly to confirm
7. Confirm — you will be signed out immediately

Android app

1. Open the CatiBookz app and sign in as an organization admin
2. Go to My profile
3. Scroll to Danger zone
4. Tap Delete organization & account
5. Enter your current password
6. Type DELETE exactly to confirm
7. Confirm — you will be signed out immediately

Option 2 — Request by email

Email info@catilabz.com from your registered account email with the subject Delete my account. Include your organization name. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request.

What data is deleted

When an organization admin deletes their account, we permanently remove:

• Your user account, login sessions, and permissions
• Your entire organization and all users in that organization
• All business data, including customers, appointments, invoices, employees, stock, expenses, and settings
• Uploaded images and files associated with that organization where applicable

What data may be kept

• Minimal backup copies for a short period (for example up to 30 days) for disaster recovery, then permanently removed
• Records we must retain to comply with law, tax, or accounting obligations
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

Important notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• All staff logins for your organization will stop working immediately
• We do not offer partial account deletion — deleting your account removes the full organization
