Pricing

Limited-time starting prices per location. Public online booking and promotion banners for your book page are included free on Basic, Standard, and Premium. All plans include POS promotions and WhatsApp customer updates (confirmations, reschedules, invoices & booking replies) when templates are enabled. Premium adds WhatsApp staff reminders (daily digest & new-booking alerts when enabled) and employee accounts per location (5 included; + Rs 500/month per extra block of 5). Basic and Standard do not include the employee module. Final billing, currency, and tax are confirmed on your order form or invoice.

How to sign in

New businesses register first; returning staff use Sign in.

    Register your business

    Use Create account with your business name, contact details, and subscription package.

  2. 2

    Approval

    A platform administrator activates your account. You may see a pending message until approval completes.

  3. 3

    Sign in

    Sign in with your email and password. You land on the dashboard for your role—owner, reception, or staff.

Already approved?

If you see access pending, blocked, or expired, contact your administrator. For self-hosted deployments, API URL and CORS are documented in the project README.

Mobile Guide

Use this guide to put Catilabz on your phone's home screen so you can open it like any other app—handy on the floor or at reception for quick checks and updates. Works on Android (Chrome) and iPhone (Safari).

Android setup

  1. Open Chrome and go to the Catilabz sign-in page.
  2. Tap the browser menu (three dots) and choose “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.
  3. Confirm the app name, then tap “Install”.
  4. Open the new app icon from your home screen and sign in.
  5. Send WhatsApp customer updates (confirmations, invoices, booking replies) and—on Premium—optional staff appointment reminders when your business has these features enabled.

iOS setup

  1. Open Safari and go to the Catilabz sign-in page.
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll and select “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. Tap “Add” to place the app icon on the home screen.
  5. Open the icon and sign in with your approved account.

Recommended practice

  • Use the same sign-in URL for all staff to avoid login confusion.
  • Keep Chrome (Android) and Safari (iPhone) updated so “Add to Home screen” / “Install” works reliably.
  • If the install option does not appear, refresh the page once and try again.
  • After sign-in, keep your Profile phone number accurate for WhatsApp. Admins manage customer message templates under Admin → WhatsApp templates and checkout or online booking promotions under Admin → Promotions.
  • Check appointments, ring up a sale, or look up a client between sessions—no app store install required. Long reporting and deep admin work are still easiest on a larger screen.
